CANDY TIME!!!!!

Hi all and assalamualaikum for all muslim. Welcome to home make kitchen. Who like eat candy???? Today, we will learn how to make ginger candy. Its easy!!! And most important is, its yummy!!

Lets see what method and material we need.

1.        The important material we need is ginger. Go find ginger in your local market. Its too easy to find it.

2.        We also need sugar.

3.        The last material is water.

How about method?

1.        1 pot

2.        Wooden spoon.

Make ginger become thin by slice it. Wash it and put it on pot. Pour 1 cup of water. Wait until it boiling.

After that , pour some boiled water into a cup and throw away all unused boiled water into the sink. let the ginger that has been boiled in the pot. then pour 2 cups of sugar into the pot. Then start a fire. stir ginger and sugar until smooth, add some broth into the pot. stir the ingredients until well blended. 

when dried appear boiled water, turn off heat and pour onto a plate covered by tissue. 

let mixture cool. and ginger candy ready to be served.

put in container when its cool. 

 p/s : you can put some more sugar if mixture in pot too liquid.
